Kid's Camp Forms

You will need to print, fill out and mail to us the following forms for camp registration -
Application for Summer Camp
Camp Medical Form
Clothing List and General Information (One for you to keep, the other please sign and return with application)
Release of Liability

Camp Sessions start every Sunday.  Check-in is from 2-4PM on Sunday afternoons.  Check-out, the following Saturday at 11:00 AM.  Call for available dates.
